Job Title: Onsite IT Support – Smartphone Replacement Project

Location: Onsite in Zwijnaarde

Duration: September to end of November (3 months)

Languages: English + Dutch

About the Role

Our customer is looking for an Onsite IT support resource to assist with a smartphone replacement project. The selected candidate will work onsite to coordinate appointments with end-users, replace their current iPhones, and ensure proper configuration of the new devices.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage appointments with internal end-users
• Replace old iPhones with new models
• Perform initial setup and configuration (email, apps, settings, etc.)
• Provide basic guidance and support to users during the replacement
• Maintain accurate records of device replacements and progress

Profile

• Interest in IT support or first experience in a similar role
• Comfortable with iPhone usage and mobile configuration
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Well-organized, punctual, and reliable
• Available full-time onsite during the specified period
