Production Technician

Job Title: Production Technician

Contract Duration: 5 Months

Location: Verviers, Belgium

Language Requirement: French (mandatory) & English (desired)

As a Technician, you will be responsible for organizing and preparing liquid culture media to ensure they meet required specifications. This is initially a temporary position with the potential to become permanent (temp-to-perm).

Main Responsibilities:

• Production of liquid media
• Completion of GMP documentation
• Preparation of media according to work instruction documents
• Filling of manifolds (bags) in a closed system
• Filter integrity testing
• CIP (clean-in-place) of tanks and filling heads
• Label printing
• Preparation of containers for production

Other Responsibilities:

• Ordering raw materials
• Writing and reviewing procedures
• Drafting and revising production-related documents (DHRs, forms)
• Monitoring of the production environment
• Assisting production workers when needed
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas
• Participating in validation of production processes
• Performing any other tasks required on the production floor

Requirements:

• Diploma in chemistry, biology, or biochemistry
• French (spoken and written)
• Experience in GMP environments is a plus
• Knowledge of English
• No minimum experience required
