(Senior) Workday HR Consultant

We are currently seeking a Workday HR Consultant to join our growing team. If you're passionate about HR technology, problem-solving, and making a real impact, we want to hear from you.

What will be your Key Responsibilities?

As a Workday HR Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions that improve HR processes and drive business value.

You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs and bring their Workday vision to life.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Talent or Workforce Management
  • Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions for clients.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Conduct testing, training, and documentation for end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Workday HCM (Workday certification in one or more modules is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, solution-driven mindset; comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Fluency in English, Dutch and/or French is required
