Export Retail Manager EU

They gain market share retail market delivering the best quality, which is the best growth accelerator for the business. And so they're looking for a Export / Revenue Growth Manager CEE taking the company to the next level by leering strong market dynamics to their advantage.


This person is responsible to maintain strong relationships with current EU Key Accounts in Retail and grow them. This role also prospects and further develops the portfolio but is especially the best in negotiating year contracts, setting commercial strategy in CEE, with strategic thinking, business acumen, deep analytical understanding...




The ideal profile entails a wide range of expertise skills & responsibilities:


  • proven account managerial track record with existing national key accounts;
  • can-do mentality, a true (sport) competitive passionate self-motivated person with demonstrated commercial experience & a solid understanding of the overall value chain in a FMCG company. experience with retail B2C customer is an asset;
  • drive channel & customer negotiation, set execution plans, prioritise, identify opportunities ... while using a consumer-centric approach;


Key Account portfolio will be assigned to you, as the focus lies on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.




Your Qualifications

  • Master or related; MBA is a plus;
  • Proven commercial Category or Trade or Export or (EU) Key Account Managerial track record in a Retail / Chain / FMCG with major brand, ànd strong negotation with Retail key customers;
  • Eager to grow & assure successes in managing & growing large key accounts in Europe, delivering customer inspired strategies, ...
  • Energised by delivering exceeding results, passion for high performance, ambitious to (career) progress;
  • Demonstrated consumer love and understand the market needs;
  • Used to market A-brands and private labels in a retail channels;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English is mandatory;
  • Location: Belgium - travelling to CE 20% - seasonal 40%
