Job Description:

Access Advisors is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our innovative team. If you have a passion for EU policy and a proven track record in managing projects related to education, digital credentials, micro-credentials, and skills development, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage EU-funded projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to goals.
  • Develop and implement project plans, coordinating with stakeholders and partners across Europe.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in EU policy, particularly in the fields of education and digital innovation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Utilise tools like Excel and PowerPoint to analyse data, create reports, and design presentations.


Supporting Access Advisors' Founding Director:

  • Assist with preparing client meetings.
  • Developing policy briefs related to the EU Green Agenda, Digital Transformation, Web3, and Education (Digital Credentials) 
  • Network and explore additional collaboration opportunities for Access Advisors and clients.
  • Contribute to proposal writing for potential EU projects' applications.
  • Maintain AA website and social media content, including blog posts on key EU topics.
  • Analyse, identify and engage stakeholders.
  • Manage events.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in project management, especially within EU-funded initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of EU policy frameworks, particularly in education, digital credentials, and skills development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility in work arrangement: this role can be full-time or a consultancy position. For consultancy, candidates must have a VAT number and be available to start by early July.
