CEO – Digital Wealth Management Scale-Up

We are looking for a visionary and execution-driven Chief Executive Officer to spearhead the scale-up of a high-potential, hybrid digital wealth platform developed by a reputable Wealth Manager.

Your mission

As CEO of the scale-up, your mission is to:

• Lead the go-to-market and scaling strategy in Belgium and prepare for potential expansion to the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
• Grow a high-performing team across wealth management, relationship management, marketing, and operations.
• Translate strategy into execution, driving client acquisition by unlocking organic distribution as well as driving to new partnerships for white-label distribution.
• Act as the public face and internal engine of the scale-up, positioning it as a modern, credible, and competitive alternative in the above €250K investable wealth segment.
• Collaborate closely with the board and joint stakeholders, aligning ambitions with concrete KPIs.

Who you are

• Financial Services Expert: Experience in investment advisory, private banking, or asset management. Knowledge of life insurance as a plus.
• Strategic Scale-Up Leader: Proven track record in growing a financial business,  division or company.
• Customer-Centric Thinker: Deep understanding of affluent and mass-affluent customer needs, with a sharp focus on both digital experience and human advisory.
• Proven Leadership qualities
• Stakeholder Manager: Manage relations with regulatory instances, external & internal institutions, co-workers, and clients.

Your profile

• 10+ years of experience in financial services or fintech, with leadership experience
• Background in wealth management, digital platforms, or investment distribution
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
• Entrepreneurial spirit
