YOUR ROLE AS BUSINESS MANAGER TRAINEE

As a Business Manager Trainee, you will be a key player in our growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for identifying new markets, developing client relationships, and leading commercial initiatives across sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and qualifying new business leads
• Building long-term relationships with clients across industries (tech, finance, energy, etc.)
• Understanding client needs and co-developing tailored service proposals
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals in collaboration with internal teams
• Coordinating with HR and technical managers to launch new projects
• Monitoring market trends and contributing to strategic planning
• Representing Cleeven at networking events, conferences, and trade shows

WHO YOU ARE

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in French, English and/or Dutch (trilingual is a strong asset)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented
