Elisabetta Franchi selection for her boutique based in Brussels Full-time Sales Assistant.

The Sales Assistant will have to support colleagues in sales activities, seeking optimal solutions to build customer loyalty, collaborating with the rest of the team in all activities and efficient management of the store.

He/she will also be responsible for the following activities:

• Welcoming the customer and supporting him/her during the purchasing decision-making process
• Interpreting and satisfying the customer's needs
• preparation and sale of products
• Taking care of the arrangement of products in the store according to the company's visual guidelines
• window dressing
• cash management
• initial management of the warehouse
• ordering and arrangement of the store

Requirements:

• having gained significant experience of at least 3 years in assisted sales, preferably in the women's clothing, luxury sector.
• a good knowledge of the English language
• dynamism and resourcefulness
• flexibility of hours
• excellent interpersonal skills and motivation to work towards objectives complete the profile.
