Digital Transformation Project Manager

Obelis is currently looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager.

Your role and key responsibilities will be:

• Define project scope: Clearly outline the project's goals, deliverables, and requirements.
• Plan and schedule: Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Budget management: Create and manage the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and within limits.
• Team coordination: Assemble and lead the project team, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
• Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Stakeholder communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Quality assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
• Monitor and control: Track project progress, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance.
• Project closure: Successfully complete the projects, ensuring all objectives are met and conducting a post-project evaluation.

Requirements

• BA/MA degree preferably in Computer science/Software engineering or similar discipline.
• Project Management certifications.
• Expertise in project management methodologies.
• Experience in implementing ITIL.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and strong team-building skills.
• Pragmatic problem-solving and decision-making skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Relentless passion and commitment to operational excellence; delivering in scope, on time, and on budget.
