To continue our growth path, Unilever Belgium is looking for top talent to join our team as a district manager within the Out Of Home field sales team, region East - West Flanders.
You will be part of the Foods family and will operate within the Lipton Team & Ice Cream Team. Unilever Out Of Home (on trade) is a department in Unilever Belux that specializes in the sale of Horeca & impulse products.
Responsibilities:
The Out Of Home field sales team Belux is now divided into 5 different districts. Each district is managed by a district manager and all districts are supported by sales representatives.
The district manager is responsible for all OOH brands and reports to the national field manager.
The mission of the district manager is to translate strong brand plans into outlets in their district, build distribution with suppliers, and grow the Unilever business in their district together with the field sales representatives.
As a district manager, you are in the lead to develop the Unilever business within your district by helping your customers grow with our brands.
You aim for maximum distribution and availability of our brands, focus on top runners and innovations. You meet the needs of your customers with the right arguments and the needs of your consumers with the right assortment, Point of Sale Material, etc., adapted to the location.
The district manager focuses mainly on beer wholesalers and wholesalers, then bigger horeca clients or cluster clients.
You analyse your results and keep up with the KPI's of the whole district.
You develop your team: you coach and guide the field sales representatives in your district. You are a talent catalyst, you strengthen the strong points of your team and let each contribute to the growth of your district.
You represent the voice of the customer internally: you understand the needs of your customer and represent your customer within the company, helping to strengthen our brand plans.
