What will you be doing?

As a Business Analyst at Oxygen, you are the face of our expertise at the client. You play a key role in driving transformation across the insurance sector, making it smarter, more efficient, and customer-focused.

You dive deep into existing processes and structures with a sharp, analytical mindset. You identify bottlenecks, uncover inefficiencies, and challenge the status quo. But you don’t stop at analysis, you turn insights into action. You help design and implement solutions that optimize performance and deliver real results.

Acting as a vital bridge between business and IT, you connect strategy with execution. You bring stakeholders together, translate complex needs into practical solutions, and ensure alignment every step of the way. Your influence extends beyond the project: you guide organizations through change and help people adopt and embrace new ways of working.

• Analytical mind combined with strong communication skills

• You have good knowledge of Dutch, French & English
