Northern Europe Customer Success Director


Are you a multilingual Customer Success Director based in Northern Europe? We're seeking an experienced English- and French-speaking Customer Success Director to lead and grow our key client relationships across Northern Europe.


In this role, you will:


·      Plan and deliver the Customer Success Strategy for each of your clients.

·      Advise clients on the implementation and best practice use of TrackBack products.

·      Attend and participate in multi-agency and strategic meetings.

·      Review and analyse trends to produce monthly client reports.


You should have:


·      Proven experience in the management and development of client relationships, including preparing and delivering presentations.

·      Strong interpersonal skills relating to individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.

·      Ability to work under pressure, use initiative, prioritise, and work to tight deadlines.

·      Verbal and written fluency in English and French (essential).

·      Verbal and written fluency in German (desirable).
