Project Manager – Supply Chain Program

Job Title: Project Manager – Supply Chain Program (EMEA Region)

Location: EMEA-based (Belgium preferred)

Duration: Immediate start through end of the year

Scope of Work:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support ongoing work at Johnson & Johnson’s European Distribution Center in Belgium. The key responsibility is to lead the integration and development of a comprehensive project plan for the CAR phase currently in progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at J&J's European Distribution Center
• Develop and maintain an integrated project plan by consolidating inputs from various teams
• Drive regular follow-ups and alignments across warehouse engineering/automation, warehouse operations, and IT teams
• Work independently with minimal supervision and take proactive ownership of deliverables

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing supply chain programs as a Project Manager
• Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and drive project timelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Based in EMEA region (Belgium preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Functional understanding of warehouse management and automation/control systems
• Prior experience working with Johnson & Johnson
