Backend Developer (Node.js, TypeScript)

Perfect Match is hiring on behalf of one of our top clients, an innovative MedTech company that’s transforming healthcare services through cutting-edge digital solutions.

Together, we’re looking for a Medior/Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js, TypeScript) who’s excited to solve complex challenges, work cross-functionally, and build scalable solutions that make a difference.

As a Backend Engineer, your mission will be to:

• Demonstrate proficiency in problem & data analysis
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver pragmatic, high-impact solutions
• Create, design, develop, test, and monitor backend code (Node.js, TypeScript) in production, autonomously and reliably
• Work closely with the Engineering Manager to design solutions and take ownership of their delivery
• Gain a deep understanding of the business to ensure your solutions bring real value to users and clients

✨ It will be a perfect match if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience as a backend software engineer
• Value simplicity, quality, performance, and maintainability in your code
• Can design pragmatic, scalable architectures
• Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments
