Our client, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of innovative medicines, is looking for 8 Project Coordinators for a long-term assignment of minimum 2 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating, understanding, documenting, and strategizing updates for the industrial systems, applications and software, particularly in the laboratory area. This role requires a strong IT and system background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Key responsibilities Investigate and analyze legacy systems Document findings and create comprehensive reports on each system Develop and implement strategies Collaborate with software vendors Follow the digital system governance, with focus on quality deliverables Consult with internal experts to gather advice and recommendations for system updates Maintain a strong understanding of industrial applications and software, particularly in the laboratory area Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on system integration Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and related technologies Familiarity with laboratory systems and software is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Demonstrate strong initiative Capable to work under pressure Strong administrative skills Excellent knowledge of English Only for experienced IT professionals Must be a Belgian resident Offer Long-term assignment for freelancers High technological environment 5 days onsite 45 minutes maximum distance residence
