Office Manager


One of our clients, a consultancy firm based in Brussels, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join their team of 10 people. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient administrative and financial operations while supporting a multicultural environment. You would be working 20 hours a week. Key Responsibilities as Office Manager: Act as a liaison with accountants, auditors, and clients. Handle expense notes, invoicing, and supplier interactions. Ensure accurate invoicing and expense allocation to various projects. Assist in financial reporting and budget management. Organize meetings, facilitate project coordination, and prepare necessary documentation. Coordinate office logistics including meeting room arrangements and vendor communications. Support onboarding processes and personnel management tasks as needed. Skills and Qualifications: You are fluent in English and French You have strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, is crucial. Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural environment. Previous experience in handling invoices and financial documentation is advantageous.
