Sales Development Representative Intern

About Stakha

What will you do as an SDR:

  • 🛠 Identify & engage with potential customers, uncovering new business opportunities
  • 📝 Qualify leads and connect them with the right solutions
  • 🤝 Manage the sales pipeline—schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and track progress toward sales goals
  • 👩‍🏫 Participate in daily strategy sessions and collaborate closely with the team


What to Expect in Your First Weeks & Beyond:


📅 Week 1 – Getting Started

  • Onboard and integrate into Stakha’s culture & vision
  • Work closely with Amaury (Founder) to establish a winning modus operandi
  • Deep dive into the future of work and its impact on hiring


📅 Month 1 – Laying the Foundation

  • Gain a solid understanding of Stakha’s mission and how we operate
  • Get familiar with the tech & product talent ecosystem
  • Begin building your outreach strategy


📅 Month 2 onwards – Making an Impact

  • Develop a strong pipeline of international & distributed companies
  • Generate new leads and opportunities through creativity, persistence, and smart hacks
  • Help grow Stakha’s brand in the remote/hybrid work space


Requirements:

  • You must be enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student from a University, Business School or equivalent during the entire internship.
  • You are available for a minimum of 3 months (full-time) from August 2025 onwards
  • You are fluent in French + English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Ready to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a self-starter, able to work autonomously
  • You pay attention to details and strive for excellence
  • You are a pro-active and dynamic person, able to anticipate the needs of the team
