Tax Manager

We are seeking a talented tax professional to take on a broad and dynamic role across all areas of tax. This position would see you managing tax compliance, risk, and reporting for our EMEA operations. This is a great opportunity to drive impactful initiatives, optimise tax strategies, and collaborate with a global network of experts to deliver value at both the local and group level.

Key Responsibilities

Tax Compliance and Reporting

• Prepare corporate tax returns, ensuring full compliance with international regulations.
• Deliver accurate tax disclosures for financial statements and group reporting purposes.
• Manage group payment arrangements, including loss-sharing and quarterly tax payments.

Strategic Tax Advisory

• Provide expert advice on European-specific tax incentives
• Analyse and advise on the tax implications of cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and withholding taxes.
• Stay ahead of legislative changes, assessing their impact and communicating implications to stakeholders.

Global Collaboration

• Maintain and implement transfer pricing policies in line with global standards.
• Actively contribute to group-wide tax strategies, including structural projects and new initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with finance, legal, treasury, and other teams to execute tax strategies and maximise cash flow.
• Provide technical guidance on tax-related accounting matters, ensuring consistency across divisions.
• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate smooth tax audits.
