Marketing Intern (Remote | EU Time-zone Preferred)
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Brussels or London preferred, other EU time zones acceptable)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Minimum 4 days/week, until end of September 2025, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role

What You’ll Be Doing
This is an operations-first role — perfect if you’re organized, curious, and ready to learn:
- Researching and sourcing leads (attendees, sponsors, media, startups, etc.)
- Updating and managing CRM databases
- Assisting with ticketing and registration follow-up
- Supporting email and LinkedIn marketing tasks
- Responding to inbox queries and messages
- Helping with operational and admin tasks across the marketing team
No experience in events or marketing is required — just a strong work ethic, good communication, and a mindset to grow.
Who You Are
- You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and love organizing things
- You communicate clearly and professionally in English
- You’re curious, open to feedback, and want to grow your skills
- You’re comfortable with remote work and take ownership of your tasks
Bonus if you have:
- Experience using LinkedIn, Excel, PowerPoint or CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Interest in business, marketing, or the startup world
- Speak Danish or another EU language (not required)
