Sales Area Manager - Belgium - Global Leader in Commercial refrigeration.
My client, a recognised global industry leader in commercial refrigeration, is seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join their team in Belgium. This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established international brand renowned for innovation, quality, and sustainability.
Your Role
- Build, maintain, and expand a strong customer portfolio across your assigned region
- Promote and sell a wide range of New Equipment products and services
- Collaborate with the Sales Back Office to prepare commercial offers
- Support the Sales & Project Support team by providing necessary information for quotations and leading final negotiations
- Activate marketing and communication initiatives in collaboration with Trade Marketing
- Contribute to annual budgeting and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts
- Be accountable for overdue management and stock KPIs
What You Bring
- A university degree in Economics or Engineering
- Initial B2B sales experience; experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or technical sectors is a strong plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
- Fluency in English, French, and Dutch (C1 level minimum)
- Strong time management skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel across Belgium (valid driver's license required)
- Solid IT proficiency (Microsoft Office required; SAP or similar systems is a plus)
