Your Mission

We are currently hiring a Junior Engineering Information Specialist to support Engineering Data Management (EDM) operations for Toyota Group companies across Europe.

This role focuses on maintaining structured product and technical data — such as CAD files, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and change documentation — within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

It’s an excellent entry point for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow into the world of engineering operations. Full training is provided, and the environment is collaborative and process-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, maintain, and validate engineering data and documentation in PLM platforms
• Support CAD model and drawing version control workflows
• Assist in managing change request processes and product release data
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure data consistency
• Ensure naming conventions and document standards are applied rigorously
• Track and follow up on missing or incomplete data
• Help improve documentation processes and internal data handling practices

Your Profile

• You are detail-driven and naturally notice inconsistencies or errors others might miss
• You’re curious and willing to learn new systems and processes from the ground up
• You have strong organizational skills and enjoy working with structured information
• You’re comfortable using tools like Excel and are eager to learn PLM platforms
• You communicate clearly and enjoy being part of a supportive, cross-functional team
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus
• You are eligible to work in the EU

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CAD platforms (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks)
• Exposure to PLM tools such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault ENOVIA
• Experience working with technical documentation or structured data in academic or internship settings
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or automotive environment

Location & Contract

📍 Zaventem, Belgium – Hybrid (2+ days onsite at office or client site)

💼 Contract: Full-time permanent position

🌍 Candidates must be based in the EU or open to relocation.
