Role :
- Hunt down IT profiles like a pro: from devs to analysts, you’ll dig through LinkedIn, job boards, and maybe even the dark web (kidding… kind of)
- Develop your portfolio of clients: Build those relationships like you’re the matchmaker of the recruitment world — find the perfect fit and make magic happen!
- Guide recruitment processes from A to Z: calls, briefings, interviews, feedback loops, and candidate placements
- Act as the go-to person for both clients and candidates, making sure everyone’s aligned and on board
- Collaborate with your teammates (we’re big on sharing wins, tips, and motivation)
- Stay curious: follow tech trends, talent shifts, and market news like it’s your daily scroll
Profile :
- You’ve got that "challenge accepted" attitude, when someone says “that’s hard”, your eyes light up
- Resilience is second nature, challenges are fuel, not roadblocks
- Goals matter, but so does doing things right: long-term trust beats short-term wins
- You’re not scared of the phone, in fact, you like that adrenaline just before a call
- Maybe you don’t know sales yet, but you’re a quick learner, you love feedback, and you’re not here to chill

- You speak French fluently (Dutch and English are a bonus, but not a dealbreaker)
