The Video Content Creator will play a pivotal role in developing engaging video content that resonates with our audience across various platforms.

You will work closely with our Web, Performance, Social Media, and Content teams under the Central Marketing Team, bringing technical expertise and creative storytelling to showcase our product and boost brand awareness. An understanding of social media platforms, SEO practices, and video specifications for ad platforms is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize video content assets for a variety of channels and marketplaces to drive awareness of Bricsys while maintaining brand, voice, and style.
• Build and maintain an integrated content calendar that helps attract, engage, and convert prospects into customers, and customers into vocal supporters of Bricsys.
• Partner with internal subject matter experts and business leaders to transform insights and important messages into video content.

Web Team Liaison:

• Create product explainer videos focusing on positioning and storytelling.
• Convert text-based content into captivating video content.

Performance Related Tasks:

• Produce video ads, optimized for various platforms (15s,30s,59s).
• Understand video specifications for advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags, and design SEO-friendly video scripts and thumbnails.

Social Media Video Content Creation:

• Keep up to date with social media platforms and trends.
• Create engaging content such as vlogs, product and features explainer videos, workflow-based videos, customer stories, and event videos.
• Collaborate with Social Media Lead and other departments for video content creation.

This fulltime role is offered on a regular permanent employment contract basis only (no freelancing).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Content Creator in a tech company.
• Proficiency in video software such as Adobe Premiere, Wistia, Camtasia and similar.
• Software knowledge is a must. CAD knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to leverage AI-tools for optimum video creation.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently, and as part of a team when required.
• Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.

Preferred

• Ability to work with technical concepts, and transform them into customer-friendly, business-oriented messages.
• Experience in the technology/CAD/engineering or architecture industry is a real plus!
• Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Suite, video editing tools, and Social Channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube).
