Job Overview 🦋

As a Biodiversity Impact Consultant, you’ll lead end-to-end consultancy missions for clients who want to work on their biodiversity strategy. You’ll guide them through our Biodiversity Journey: Assess, Commit, Transform, and Disclose helping them measure their biodiversity impacts, set targets, co-create reduction roadmaps, and invest in our ecosystem restoration projects.

You’ll work across sectors, countries, and ecosystems, as part of a fast-moving startup that values trust, ownership, and symbiosis.

Key Responsibilities 📌

• Lead and manage biodiversity consultancy missions from start to finish.
• Work directly with clients to assess impacts using robust methodologies & frameworks like (GBS, LIFE, SBTN, CSRD, etc.).
• Contribute to strategic thinking, offer development, and stay sharp on the latest science, standards (TNFD, SBTN, CSRD), and innovations in ecological assessment and reporting.
• Facilitate educational workshops around biodiversity (i.e. Biodiversity Collage).

Your Profile 🧬

• Your education background or where you come from does not matter to us. Only your experience & attitude.
• Highly independent, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and passionate about nature and sustainability.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in environmental impact assessment.
• Expertise in biodiversity impact assessment preferred. Other relevant fields also considered: climate, Life Cycle Assessment, circular economy, and any other environmental impact assessment.
• Ability to manage projects, clients, and deadlines autonomously.
• Strong communication skills in French, Dutch, and English (spoken).
• Strong analytical and communication skills to go from data to boardroom.
