We’re looking for a Head of Marketing with deep expertise in SaaS to lead the next stage of our growth. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role with full ownership of marketing—from demand generation to brand, messaging, and team building. You’ll play a critical role in significantly accelerating our path to €10M ARR and beyond, with a sharp focus on driving successful market penetration in the US.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement and iterate a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive revenue, brand awareness, and pipeline growth from the ground up.
- 360 Marketing: Building out all core functions: content, brand, performance, SEO, events, and product marketing.
- Demand Generation Through Paid Media: Lead performance marketing efforts across paid channels (Google Ads, etc.), with a clear focus on focus on pipeline contribution, CAC efficiency, and ROI.
- HubSpot Ownership: Manage all marketing automation, lead nurturing, and reporting through HubSpot. And establish key marketing KPIs and reporting cadences.
- US Market Expansion: Shape and execute a marketing strategy tailored to the US market, ensuring resonance with local buyer personas.
- Team & Collaboration: Lay the foundation for a high-performing marketing team—hiring, developing, and leading from the ground up. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment and impact across the business.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, within a similar role and industry.
- Proven track record of growing marketing functions in a fast-paced, growth-stage company from €3M to €10M in ARR.
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling teams and processes that consistently deliver strong results.
- Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, draw insights from data, and continuously optimize campaigns and strategies based on results.
- You’re an expert in paid digital marketing, performance channels, and full-funnel strategy.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and experience leveraging it for demand gen and CRM.
- You know the US SaaS market inside out. You’re just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves to launch high-impact paid and organic campaigns as you are stepping back to shape strategy, build a team, and scale smartly.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Ghent, with 3 days/week in the office.
- Full proficiency in both Dutch and English.
