Title: Functional Analyst/ Technical analyst

Contract Duration: 12 months + extension

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

Functional/Technical Analyst | API Integrations | Payment Systems | Software Analysis

• Analytically strong Functional/Technical Analyst with expertise in billing and accounting software, payment tracking and API integrations.
• Experienced in analysing software packages, translating functional requirements into technical specifications and supporting development teams in implementation.
• Strong in communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including package vendors and developers.
• Proficient in functional validation and testing to ensure high-quality software solutions.

Expertise & Responsibilities:

• Analysis & Integration: In-depth knowledge building of billing/accounting packages and their payment status and payment tracking capabilities.
• API & Technical Specifications: Study API documentation and translate into technical specifications for developers.
• Stakeholder management: Maintain communication with software vendors and internal teams.
• Functional Validation & Testing: Testing of delivered developments and ensuring correct implementation.
• Technical Support: Provide functional support to developers for efficient implementation.
