Partnerships & Sales Manager – Fashion Tech / B2B Retail France & Benelux

Location: Brussels (frequent travel across Belgium, France, and the Netherlands)

Contract: Full-time – Employee or Freelance

About the Company

We are a fast-growing fashion tech company revolutionizing the way people shop for clothes. Our body-scanning technology enables highly accurate size recommendations, improving the online and offline shopping experience. As we expand our presence in the professional workwear market, we are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Representative to drive new business with resellers and build partnerships with malls and retail groups.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and acquire new B2B clients in the workwear segment (retailers, online sellers, distributors)
  • Initiate and close commercial partnerships with shopping malls and large retail organizations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • Regularly travel across Belgium, France, and the Netherlands
  • Represent the company at trade shows, retail events, and professional gatherings
  • Provide market feedback and collaborate with the marketing and product teams
  • Use CRM and prospecting tools to track activity and performance

Profile Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years), preferably in textile, workwear, retail, or fashion-related industries
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Ideally trilingual: English, French, and Dutch. Additional European languages are a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with strong prospecting abilities and results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and on the road
  • Proficient with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and digital sales tools
  • Valid driving license – frequent travel required
