Join a top-tier Oracle Cloud Applications Partner supporting a diverse external client base. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant to take the lead on Order Management and related functional areas within a high-performing support team.

Key Responsibilities

🔸Lead management and resolution of client Service Requests with Oracle, ensuring efficient and proactive issue investigation

🔸Conduct root cause analysis to prevent future incidents and improve system reliability

🔸Manage full testing and implementation cycles through to deployment and client approval

🔸Stay up to date with new Oracle functionality and advise clients on potential enhancements

🔸Oversee change request handling and control through the software development lifecycle

Key Skills Required

✅ Strong Oracle Cloud SCM support and configuration experience

✅ Deep knowledge of Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), O2C, and PPM with OTL integrations

✅ Familiarity with ITIL-based service processes: Incident, Problem, and Change Management

✅ Experience with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing is a strong plus

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
