Pigment EPM Architect

As they continue their rapid growth trajectory, they are seeking a Pigment EPM Solution Architect to play a key role in designing and delivering transformational planning solutions for our clients.

All training onto the Pigment solution will be provided by industry leading experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pigment platform subject matter expert across pre-sales and delivery engagements
• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and implementation of Pigment EPM systems
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient Pigment models
• Partner with client stakeholders to define enterprise planning processes, reporting needs, and KPIs
• Guide and mentor consultants and modelers throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to methodology development, accelerators, and best practices for Pigment delivery
• Support change management, training, and enablement activities to ensure adoption and sustainability
• Stay current on Pigment roadmap and EPM trends to provide strategic guidance to clients

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering enterprise planning or FP&A solutions (preferably using Pigment or similar platforms such as Anaplan, BOARD MIT, Adaptive Planning, or Oracle Cloud EPM)
• Strong expertise in business modeling in supply chain, forecasting or budgeting processes
• Hands-on experience building data models, workflows, and dashboards in a cloud-based EPM application
• Deep understanding of financial or supply chain operational planning across industries
• Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both business and technical audiences
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus
