Controller

Access Capital Partners (“Access”) is a leading independent European fund manager investing in Private Equity and Infrastructure assets in Europe. Access manages EUR14.4 billion on behalf of its international institutional clients and operates with a team of 94 professionals based in six offices: Paris, London, Brussels, Helsinki, Munich, and Luxembourg.

We are currently looking for a Controller to assist our Finance team based in Brussels (Belgium).

As a Controller, you will:

• Participate in quarterly and annual closings
• Participate in yearly Business Plan/Budget
• Participate in annual audit process
• Participate in profitability analysis
• Be responsible for:
• various administrative tasks
• various operational costs analysis and follow-up
• update/improve internal procedures
• invoicing process
• Ad-hoc analysis/projects

The following qualifications are requested for this position:

• Master in Finance, Economics or accountancy
• 1-year experience in financial audit or in a controlling position in an international company
• Knowledge in accounting and controlling
• Strong analytical skills and results driven
• Good knowledge of English (working language) and French
• Ability to work independently but also as team player
• Eager to learn, flexible, stress resistant
• Highly organised and rigorous in her/his work
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office tools
• Good interpersonal skills
