As part of our expanding customer service team, we are currently seeking a talented Polish and Russian-speaking Customer Advisor to support our growing international client base. Role Overview
In this hybrid position, you will act as the voice of our brand, providing top-notch support to customers across the Polish and Russian markets. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring each customer has a seamless and positive experience with our vehicle products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Service Delivery:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering prompt, accurate, and professional assistance
- Provide detailed product information, technical support, and guidance on services and warranties
- Handle service requests, complaints, and general queries with a solution-oriented approach
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Identify, investigate, and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Follow up proactively to ensure customer satisfaction and successful case closure
Brand Representation:
- Represent the company’s values and uphold its reputation for premium customer service
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs, preferences, and potential areas for improvement
Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical support teams, dealerships, and service centers to facilitate complete resolutions
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and regular team meetings to stay updated on product launches and company procedures
Performance Monitoring:
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
- Continuously look for ways to improve service quality and customer engagement
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in Polish and Russian (written and spoken) is essential
- Good level of English (B2 or higher) for internal communication and training
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or the automotive industry is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and empathetic approach
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of vehicle technology and automotive terminology is a plus
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
