Location: Brussels, Belgium (On-Site 5 days a week)

Role Type: 6 Month Contract – Start June 2025 until the 25th December 2025. With probable extensions

Essential: Security Clearance

Skills: ArcGIS Pro, ArcPy, ArcGis Model Building, BIM

Languages: Fluency in English and French

Summary

Oscar are looking for a GIS Specialist to join a high-profile client to work on a 6 Month contract basis (overtime options available and with a high likelihood to extend). The role will be full-time on-site from their central Brussels office.

We require an individual with experience in the GIS field to create and maintain automated data workflows, define technologies and data models, and to document system architecture including GIS portals and apps.

You will require security clearance, and fluency in English and French. If you do not meet this criteria you cannot be considered for the role.

Role and Responsibilities

You will provide critical support to the client’s operations and maintenance through GIS infrastructure. This will improve the company’s use of data, efficiency and optimization of workflows.

• Manipulate and integrate data from multiple systems
• Develop and configure GIS web applications to support business needs
• Create and maintain automated data workflows: ArcGIS Model Builder / ArcPy
• Document system architecture including GIS portals and apps
• Knowledge of innovation and digitalization practices using GIS tools
• GIS products implementation cycles

Required Experience

• Written and spoken fluency in French and English
• Security Clearance
• ArcGIS Pro
• ArcGIS Model Builder
• Working within a Faculty Management environment
