Job Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced, driven physiotherapist to help shape the future of performance and rehabilitation. In this role, you’ll turn data into actionable insights, develop cutting-edge metrics, and stay ahead of the latest in performance optimization and rehab techniques.

As a key link between science and practice, you’ll work hands-on with professional athletes, sports clubs, and rehab centers. You’ll also represent our brand in product demos, training sessions, and business development initiatives — building lasting partnerships and making a real impact on the field.

  • Develop and refine physiological metrics for athlete performance monitoring, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
  • Engage with customers, providing expert insights into the interpretation of biomechanical data and actionable strategies for performance enhancement and injury management.
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to optimize the integration of physiotherapeutic insights into Skinetix’s technology.
  • Play a key role in business development, building strong client relationships, leading impactful product demos, and providing expert support during client training sessions.
  • Shape and grow Skinetix’s knowledge base, educational materials and user guides for medical staff, trainers and athletes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, Sport Science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience working with athletes or professional sports teams is highly valued.
  • Understanding of biomechanics and the use of wearable technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable engaging in business development activities, including presentations and client relationship management.
  • A genuine passion for technology and its application to human performance, with a talent for bridging the gap between innovation and real-world physiological insights.

Location

This position follows a hybrid work model, combining remote work with occasional on-site client visits and presence at our Brussels offices. For client visits, the use of a personal vehicle can be required as no company car is provided. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Employment Type:

Part-time (2–3 days per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role within the team over time. This is a freelance position, offering flexibility in scheduling based on project needs and mutual availability.
