A leading European food manufacturing group is looking for a passionate and results-driven Plant Manager to lead one of its key production sites located in West Flanders. This site plays a central role in the group's international supply chain and is known for its high-quality standards and continuous improvement mindset. You will oversee the entire plant's operations (production, maintenance, supply, quality & safety) with the objective of ensuring high efficiency, product excellence, and strong team performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
