Job Title: Change Manager Business senior
Location: Melle, Belgium
Duration: 12 months+ contract
As a change manager, you are responsible for
- Setting up the change and communication strategy of the above-mentioned projects and program
- Aligning the various stakeholders and creating broad support for the challenges of tomorrow
- Reporting on the progress of the change process and delivery of the various change deliverables
- The appropriate use of best practices in change management to create support and embed the change in the client's organization, such as
- Drawing up thorough change analyses such as change impact analyses, ADKAR analyses,...
- Setting up and developing target group-oriented communications
- Providing knowledge sharing regarding the changes through training, coaching
- Facilitating large and small groups with a view to cooperation and constructive dialogue
- You also contribute to building knowledge and the change capability about change management
Specific Skills
- Proven experience with change management in digital transformations, Medior (3,00 years), Must have
- Demonstrable experience with change management in the reorganization of the company, Medior (3,00 years), Must have
- Demonstrable experience with one or more of the following project methodologies: PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, must have
- During a possible interview, the candidate can convince that he/she has excellent skills in communication, facilitation and coaching to guide support for change in groups, Must have
- The supplier/candidate attaches a separate document with a detailed case of an experience as a Change Manager within a change program (attractive communication is decisive), Must have
- Demonstrable experience with communication management within project and program environment, Should have
