Service Desk Specialist


JOB TITLE: Service Desk

LOCATION: Ostend ,Belgium

DURATION: 6 months with possible extension

LANGUAGE Dutch

WORK MODE: On-site


Experience Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in first-line care of technical problems.
  • Proficiency in registering and resolving incidents, including the ability to use a ticketing system effectively.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices.
  • Proven experience with Windows print management.
  • Competence in referring technical issues to second-line support when necessary.

Technical Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of:
  • Windows OS.
  • Office 365.
  • Basic IT fundamentals.
  • Networking.
  • PC hardware.
  • Preferable knowledge of Active Directory.


IT Service Management

  • Knowledge of best practices for IT-service management.
