About the job
We are looking for an HR talent acquisition expert to conduct recruitment, project management, partner selection.
Main responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Recruitment Management: Oversee all open vacancies from start to finish for your business unit, including job postings, follow-ups, reporting, interviewing, and contract proposals.
- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Define and implement the recruitment strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Process Optimization: Develop, adapt, and optimize recruitment and selection processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Channel and Partner Selection: Identify and select the best recruitment channels and partners to attract top talent.
- Employer Branding: Manage and enhance the employer branding to attract and retain the best candidates.
- Project Management: Independently manage various projects related to Recruitment, Selection, and Talent Management (Job Days etc).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR Advisor for Recruitment, Selection & Career, who is responsible for other departments within the organization. Together, manage the recruitment budget and develop partnerships with external suppliers in the field of selection and recruitment.
- Analysis and Reporting: Actively participate in analyzing headcount, workforce planning, absenteeism, and retention

- External Partnerships: Develop partnerships with external suppliers in the field of selection and recruitment.
- Employer Branding: translate the Personal Finance Employer Branding
HR Process:
- Budget Management: Manage the recruitment budget.
- Tracking and Reporting: Track and report recruitment results.
HR Strategy:
- Strategic Definition: Develop of the company's recruitment and talent management strategy.
- Needs Identification: Identify recruitment and skills development needs.
Your profile:
- Education: University education or significant managerial experience.
- Experience: 3-10 years in HR strategy, HR Project, HR Process.
- Required experience in finance sector as a recruiter: Manage vacancies from A-Z for your business; from publication, follow-up, reporting, interviewing, the contract proposal
- Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, ATS skills
- Languages: Fluent in French, English and Dutch
- Soft Skills: Project management skills, helicopter view, active listening, communication skills, team spirit, risk awareness, organizational sensitivity, autonomy, problem-solving skills, ability to cope with stressful situations, commitment to objectivity and confidentiality.
