GBL Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an Accounting Manager to join an innovative and dynamic company based in the region of Halle.

🧾 Your Responsibilities

🔹 Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: General Ledger, Payroll, Asset Accounting, invoicing, and (Intercompany) reconciliations

🔹 Prepare monthly and yearly closings

🔹 Ensure accurate reporting under IFRS and Belgian GAAP

🔹 Manage financial and internal audits

🔹 Prepare statutory accounts

🔹 Provide financial input for the Workers Council

🔹 Handle statistical reporting

🔹 Prepare and review VAT, corporate income tax, and Intrastat declarations

🔹 Manage tax audits

🔹 Coordinate fiscal incentives with external advisors

🔹 Perform internal controls

🔹 Optimize financial systems and processes

🔹 Support global finance projects and implement them locally

🔹 Advise the business on accounting and tax matters

🔹 Contribute to financial planning

🧑‍💼 Your Profile

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

✅ At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant

✅ Excellent command of English

✅ Strong knowledge of ERP financial modules

✅ In-depth knowledge of BEGAAP, IFRS, and indirect tax regulations

✅ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

✅ Able to work independently and autonomously
