Compensation: €100,000 – €200,000 OTE (approx. €11K/month base + social security/bonus)

About the Role
As Head of Sales – Belgium, you’ll own the commercial strategy and execution in the Belgian market. From building key industry partnerships to leading the local sales team, you’ll play a critical role in scaling the company’s presence and accelerating EV adoption across the region. This role can be structured as a permanent position or freelance engagement, depending on the candidate's preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the sales function within Belgium, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
- Define and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the Belgian landscape
- Build and manage key relationships with installers, wholesalers, auto retailers, e-MSPs, and energy providers
- Drive partner acquisition and engagement to create long-term advocates for the company’s solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align commercial efforts
- Monitor sales performance and continuously optimize pipelines, KPIs, and internal processes
- Represent the company at national events and industry forums, advocating for EV infrastructure and innovation
Your Profile
- Proven success in a senior sales or commercial leadership role, ideally within cleantech, energy, or mobility
- Deep understanding of the Belgian market and its energy and mobility landscape
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus but not required
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, scale-up environment
- Familiar with CRM and sales productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Jira, Odoo)
