24Flow is a dynamic, fast-paced software product startup that has built its solutions on top of the Salesforce platform. We sell some of our solutions via the Salesforce AppExchange (=Appstore). We’re looking for a talented B2B SaaS sales that takes ownership of the complete sales process of our AppExchange offering, from initial contact to closing, effective combining the BDR, SDR and sales role.
In your role, you are responsible for our product listings on the AppExchange, generating inbound leads, providing demos to customers, closing deals and onboarding customers. You will also work with Salesforce system integration partners that implement our products on behalf of customers. The productivity solutions that we offer on the AppExchange are:
- 24Files: connecting Salesforce to SharePoint.
- 24Checklist: an advanced checklist application.
- 24Planning: a flexible resource scheduling solution.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the AppExchange listings and the product websites up-to-date.
- Manage the incoming leads. This includes drip emails as well as one-to-one contacts.
- Provide product demos, answer questions and follow-up with customers during free trial periods.
- Close deals & onboard customers.
- Follow-up with customers after launch and periodically send out product updates.
- Work with system integration partners that implement 24Flow products at customers.
- Think out-of-the-box and think of innovative ways to further grow the business.
To be considered for this position, we expect the following skills:
- 1+ years of experience in client facing role in B2B SaaS.
- You have a commercial drive to close deals, take ownership and drive sales growth.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (both speaking and writing).
- Hands-on with IT tools, creating demo scenarios and demo’ing those to customers.
- Very responsive and disciplined in follow-up.
- Willing to go beyond the sales role and take ownership of marketing for these products.
