Associate Director ADME

RBW is collaborating with a leading biopharmaceutical company to find an ADME Team Leader. This pivotal management role involves overseeing a team of scientists dedicated to conducting ADME studies throughout the discovery and development phases for various modalities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing DMPK strategies and integrating ADME data into project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ADME team, including senior scientists and PhD students.
• Design and execute mechanistic and bespoke ADME studies.
• Represent the ADME department in cross-functional project teams.
• Utilize knowledge of physical properties and DMPK to aid in the design of new compounds.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to address or mitigate project-related ADME challenges.
• Contribute to regulatory documents and submissions.

Requirements:

• PhD in a related scientific discipline.
• Proven experience in applying DMPK knowledge to drive drug discovery and development.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to key stakeholders.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
