Senior Process Analyst (Merger Integration) – Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Analyst to support a major business integration initiative for a leading financial services company in Brussels. Following a merger, the organization is seeking to harmonize business processes, streamline operations, and align technology platforms to ensure a seamless transition.

This role involves assessing current workflows, identifying gaps between the two merging entities, and working closely with stakeholders to define and implement optimized processes. Strong expertise in process analysis, change management, and stakeholder coordination is required, with experience in financial services or corporate mergers considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes from both merging entities to identify discrepancies and areas for alignment.
• Develop and document optimized workflows that enhance efficiency and support the integrated organization’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and leadership teams to ensure a smooth transition of processes and systems.
• Support data integration efforts, ensuring consistency and alignment across financial, customer, and operational data.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and potential roadblocks in the merger process, providing recommendations for mitigation.
• Define and implement process improvement methodologies to streamline operations post-merger.
• Assist with change management initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption strategies.

Profile:

• 5+ years of experience as a Process Analyst, ideally in financial services or corporate mergers.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and optimization techniques.
• Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is a plus.
