We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Analyst to support a major business integration initiative for a leading financial services company in Brussels. Following a merger, the organization is seeking to harmonize business processes, streamline operations, and align technology platforms to ensure a seamless transition.
This role involves assessing current workflows, identifying gaps between the two merging entities, and working closely with stakeholders to define and implement optimized processes. Strong expertise in process analysis, change management, and stakeholder coordination is required, with experience in financial services or corporate mergers considered a plus.
