About the role
On behalf of one of our clients — a leading innovator in the medical research and development sector (Software and ML integrated Product)— we are recruiting for two open positions within the same dynamic R&D team:
- Senior Machine Learning Engineer
- Medior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities
- Research, design, and implement new machine learning models to enhance clinical data quality and support healthcare decision-making.
- Continuously analyze scientific literature to identify promising algorithms and evaluate their practical application.
- Produce robust, efficient Python code aligned with best software development practices.
- Leverage open-source libraries and frameworks to drive experimentation and model optimization.
- Apply best practices for experiment tracking, model validation, and deployment.
- Explore new areas for machine learning applications in the medical and clinical research domain.
- Actively contribute to scientific visibility through conferences, workshops, and potential publications.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, domain experts, and statisticians to bring prototypes into production.
Profile Sought
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or other quantitative fields.
- Solid professional experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI roles.
- Excellent command of Python.
- Practical experience with at least one deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Proven ability to translate theoretical research into operational AI solutions.
- Language requirements: Fluent English is sufficient; no other languages are required
Nice to Have
- Experience with deep learning and natural language processing (NLP).
- Practical experience with deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
- Previous exposure to medical data or work in highly regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences, etc.).
- Knowledge of GPU computing environments.
