Project Engineer

Looking for your next challenge in pharma manufacturing? Take the lead on engineering projects for parenteral drug production, managing equipment like isolators, filter testers, and autoclaves in a highly regulated environment.

The project engineer will scope and lead engineering projects in the pharmaceuticals manufacturing area (drug product), with primary focus in the aseptic compounding & filling area.

🎯 Your mission :

• Project leadership of engineering projects, including obtaining agreement on project definitions and priorities and ensuring that resources, capabilities and processes are in place.
• Establishes alignment with project sponsor and aligns core and extended team to deliver the final project objectives.
• Prepares project intake, including scoping, business case analysis, alternative assessment, presenting the selected option and alternatives for project approval.
• Facilitates the project planning, tracking and reporting against project key deliverables and objectives.
• Oversees project finances: securing accurate budget allocation upon project approval and effectively managing expenses throughout project implementation and aftercare.
• Uses risk management methodologies to identify and manage risks to project objectives.
• Reports out on project progress with all key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance in all aspects of Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS)

🔍 Your profile:

• A technical education / degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience within a GMP-regulated environment is preferred
• A solid background in aseptic processing is preferred
• Experience with the risk-based qualification methodology is a plus
