Process Manager/Technical Writer


For one of our clients in Leuven, we are currently looking for a Process Manager/Technical Writer.


What will you do?


  • Document, describe, and optimize existing and new business processes.
  • Act as a liaison between ICT and business teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs.
  • Support the implementation of new features through structured project-based work.
  • Design and maintain clear process flows; request and track necessary process adjustments.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation in Jira and Confluence.
  • Align content and processes with relevant business interfaces, including risk and compliance functions.
  • Perform executive administrative tasks related to reminders and external collection procedures.
  • Write and complete functional and procedural documents, such as task descriptions and workflows.



What do you bring to the team?


  • 2–5 years of experience in process management, business analysis, or technical/functional documentation.
  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience using Jira and Confluence for documentation and task tracking would be a plus.
  • Experience in drawing and managing process flows.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Excellent priority management skills.
  • You are able to work in Leuven.
