For one of our clients in Leuven, we are currently looking for a Process Manager/Technical Writer.
What will you do?
- Document, describe, and optimize existing and new business processes.
- Act as a liaison between ICT and business teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs.
- Support the implementation of new features through structured project-based work.
- Design and maintain clear process flows; request and track necessary process adjustments.
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Align content and processes with relevant business interfaces, including risk and compliance functions.
- Perform executive administrative tasks related to reminders and external collection procedures.
- Write and complete functional and procedural documents, such as task descriptions and workflows.
What do you bring to the team?
- 2–5 years of experience in process management, business analysis, or technical/functional documentation.
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proven experience using Jira and Confluence for documentation and task tracking would be a plus.
- Experience in drawing and managing process flows.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent priority management skills.
- You are able to work in Leuven.
