Scrum Master

For one of our clients in Leuven, we are currently looking for a Scrum Master.

What You Do

• You are responsible for managing the scrum process by applying the Agile methodology;
• You facilitate your team for better creativity and try to improve the efficiency of the development team;
• You remove the impediments for the scrum team;
• You organize and facilitate the sprint planning meeting;
• You arrange daily stand-up meetings;
• You schedule and facilitate meetings, demo and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper use of the adaptation process;
• You help the Product Owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint;
• You organize and facilitate retrospective meetings.

What You Bring To The Team

• You have +5 years of experience in managing a scrum team under the Agile methodology.
• Expert level knowledge of Agile methodology, database management, incident management and root cause analysis.
• Significant experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Jira.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; fluent Dutch and English required.
• Highly organized and quality-driven.
• Proactive, adaptable and growth-minded.
• You are able to work in Leuven.
