We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Brussels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced enterprise environment and is fluent in Dutch, French, and English. As the first point of contact for IT-related issues, you will ensure smooth and efficient technical support for our users on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Provide onsite hands-and-feet support for hardware (laptops/desktops, printers), OS installations, Outlook configurations, and basic networking.
- Support enterprise IT environments with VPN, Wi-Fi, IP, DNS, and other networking technologies.
- Manage user account support including password resets and account unlocks.
- Use SCCM, Intune, and Jamf Pro for device management and software deployment.
- Install, troubleshoot, and support Windows 11 and macOS systems.
- Accurately log, prioritize, and resolve support requests in alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and escalations thoroughly in the ticketing system.
- Participate in on-call support and be available for rotating shift schedules.
- Follow up proactively with users to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in onsite IT support in an enterprise setting.
- Strong troubleshooting and installation skills for both hardware and software.
- Proficient in SCCM, Intune, and Jamf Pro.
- Deep understanding of Windows 11, macOS, and networking basics.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English – both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, with a self-motivated and continuous learning mindset.
