Information Technology Support Engineer


We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Brussels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced enterprise environment and is fluent in Dutch, French, and English. As the first point of contact for IT-related issues, you will ensure smooth and efficient technical support for our users on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Provide onsite hands-and-feet support for hardware (laptops/desktops, printers), OS installations, Outlook configurations, and basic networking.
  • Support enterprise IT environments with VPN, Wi-Fi, IP, DNS, and other networking technologies.
  • Manage user account support including password resets and account unlocks.
  • Use SCCM, Intune, and Jamf Pro for device management and software deployment.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and support Windows 11 and macOS systems.
  • Accurately log, prioritize, and resolve support requests in alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Document all interactions, resolutions, and escalations thoroughly in the ticketing system.
  • Participate in on-call support and be available for rotating shift schedules.
  • Follow up proactively with users to ensure satisfaction and resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in onsite IT support in an enterprise setting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and installation skills for both hardware and software.
  • Proficient in SCCM, Intune, and Jamf Pro.
  • Deep understanding of Windows 11, macOS, and networking basics.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English – both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, with a self-motivated and continuous learning mindset.
