Silversquare is a fast-growing company comprised of 12 uniquely designed working spaces in Brussels, Zaventem, Antwerp, Louvain-La-Neuve, Liège and Luxembourg. Artists and designers are invited to give our workspaces an extra soul, because efficiency is one thing, but atmosphere is just as important to create a work environment that helps productivity.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an entrepreneur at heart, full of ambition, who knows how to take ownership of his projects. Someone who knows how to create opportunities and make them happen. Someone who is commercial and welcoming, someone who is fun and lively, who knows how to listen to understand his client's needs. Someone who dreams of carrying out a project from A to Z, in collaboration with his team.

Due to his/her great sense of hospitality and responsibility, the coworking manager takes ownership of the space and its community and takes responsibility of it. Sociable, he embodies the values of SQ, he ensures excellent management of his coworking, the team, quality of service, and the extraordinary and unique experience offered to his members and visitors.

Main responsibilities:

• Final responsibility of the operational management of his/her coworking (Admin, Community, Venue)
• Warm & exemplary welcome to members/ visitors according to SQ standards.
• General knowledge of SQ processes& distribution of tasks (Community, Admin, Event, MR,…) between team members.
• Operational support for the people in your team and link with the Cluster Leader.
• Ensures that SQ quality standards are applied
• Day-to-day management of coworking schedules.
