Marketing & Communication Coordinator - OPE (M/F)

In order to replace our current marketing & communication coordinator, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in Wavre.

Let’s talk about your role

Under the supervision of the OPE Head of Sales & Marketing, you coordinate marketing activities with the parent company in Japan and with European & African customers.

Key responsibilities :

• You regularly organise meetings and events and write their minutes;
• You monitor budgets and expenses. You will ensure that projects progress smoothly and that there is good communication with the stakeholders;
• You initiate the tenders for new projects and maintain regular communication with suppliers and communications agencies;
• You set up and monitor performance indicators for marketing operations;
• You support the Regional Sales Managers in defining and monitoring their clients' marketing budgets;
• You organize the competition survey in terms of product marketing and communications;
• This list may be extended and amended as the department develops.

Your Profile

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in digital communication or marketing;
• First experience(s) in similar function (3+ years);
• You are autonomous and multitask. You are rigorous, well organized and you are at ease with financial matters;
• You have strong analytical and communication skills. You have strong interpersonal, facilitating and federating skills;
• You are a team player and can work in a multi-cultural environment;
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French. You can write copy for websites, compose social media posts or newsletters, animate social medias and events;
• You feel comfortable in a mechanical and technical environment;
• You have a very strong feeling of the customer’s needs and behaviours. You’re customer oriented and keen to serve and satisfy;
• You’re familiar with IT and seasoned in the use of Microsoft 365;
• You are creative and agile in your approach;
• Knowledge of content creation (photo & video), ease with Adobe suite, Drupal, PIM and/or DAM are additional valuable assets.

Geographical scope

We encourage and support flexibility by enabling our employees to work from home for 1 or 2 days a week.

Easy reachable by car and public transportation, our office is located in Wavre, 25km south of Brussels.
